How billing works
Your first payment is by business check. After that, your monthly subscription is drafted automatically via ACH from the account on the voided check you provide — so you're never chasing an invoice. Your rep confirms your plan and amount before anything is drafted.
You won't be doing this alone
You get a dedicated rep through onboarding and beyond, plus a built-in assistant inside the app you can ask anything, any time. If something isn't working the way it should, you tell us and we fix it — plainly and honestly.
